The CCTV-10 camera crew came to Exploration Company to film the documentary Chinese Builders between 25August  and 1September, 2016. To record the hardships working in the wild, the camera crew moved to the exploration work sites. Also the camera crew recorded the precise and rigorous scientific work done in the exploration laboratory.
